What is the shelf life of your jerky?
Our jerky is vacuum-sealed to maintain peak freshness. Unopened packages generally have a shelf life of 12 months. Once opened, we recommend consuming the product within 3 days or refrigerating it to maintain flavor and texture.
Where do you source your meat?
At The Jerky, quality is our priority. We source 100% grass-fed beef and hormone-free poultry from trusted local farms that follow sustainable and ethical farming practices.
Do your products contain MSG or nitrates?
No, our jerky is crafted without the use of added MSG or artificial nitrates. We use natural sea salt and celery powder for curing to ensure a clean, healthy snacking experience.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order leaves our facility.
Can I return a food item if I don't like it?
Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on opened food products. However, if there is an issue with the quality of your order or if it arrived damaged, please contact our support team within 14 days for a replacement or refund.
Are your jerky flavors gluten-free?
Many of our flavors are gluten-free; however, some recipes use traditional soy sauce which contains wheat. Please check the specific ingredient list on each product page for allergen information.
