Due to the perishable nature of our artisanal snacks, we accept returns on unopened products within 14 days of delivery to ensure the highest quality and safety. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately for a full replacement or refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Email our support team with your order number and photos of the product to receive a Return Authorization.

  Pack Securely

  Place the unopened jerky bags in their original shipping box or a similar protective mailer to prevent damage.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
